JUST out of the kiln. I don't know why I didn't think of this before.......well I did think of painting the foxes foxy like, I just needed the help of a National Geographic and the internet. These little lovelies will be at Finders this weekend.......if I can bear to part with them.

This is taking forever!!!!
Here is some new patterned stuff being painted after a scrafitto outline was scratched into the leather hard pot. Each little triangle is filled in by hand and it takes a VERY LONG time. In the foreground is a trinket box lid one of the first patterned pieces that started this obsession, made back in February.

BUT THAT'S NOT ALL!
In the other craft department.............
I finished a quilt made from some African fabric I bought in New York...
and started another from MORE African fabric I bought in New York.
(Maybe this is why I have gone pattern crazy!)
I also made some cushions with fabric from my stash.

Meanwhile back in Blogland........
THEN.......I photographed more clouds
and some more clouds.
Made some things.
Then went pattern crazy on them!
Really crazy.
Spurred on by my success in the shelf department I finally screwed this coat rack to the wall after having it for about 18 months.
I painted the wall blue too.
I have never painted a wall anything but white- it was stressful!
So stressful in fact my Mum finished it when she and Dad came to visit.
I like it now.

I had a drill in my hand so I screwed this nick-nack shelf thing to the wall too!
Then added the pretty bits.
BUT THAT'S NOT ALL!
I will give you a little break though.

WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN! WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING MS. MUIR!!!!!!
Well..........my last post was back in January and its now JUNE!
How did that happen?
"time it will come because the earth moved round always" Joyce.
That's how.
But what have you been doing Ms Muir?
Well the usual- I've made about 400 birds nothing new there, I did Finders Keepers in Melbourne back in March and...................
rented a second space in the shed!
Above is my lovely (not so new now) worktable.
Rearranged the spare room.
Put up a shelf-by myself - proper like - with screws and wall plugs and everything.
Added some pretty bits.
Fired these little crackers....
.....and broke this one.
Swayed in the breeze and snapped like a twig it did.

Started some Egyptian paste tests.
Not really sure what for yet.
Photographed some clouds.
AND.......
............to be continued.
